Senior Structural Engineer Power Generation

Elevate Canada’s energy transition as a Senior Structural Engineer specializing in Power Generation. This role supports projects in Alberta, British Columbia, and across various energy markets. WSP seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to join its Energy subsector.

You will leverage over 10 years of civil structural design experience, focusing on innovative solutions in upstream, downstream oil and gas, and renewable energy. This position allows for impactful contributions while coaching less experienced engineers and conducting comprehensive on-site inspections. Key Responsibilities: • Establish design criteria and engineering specifications • Support project planning and cost control initiatives • Propose solutions for process optimization • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality • Oversee documentation for project budgets and technical reports Requirements: • University degree in Structural Engineering • Registered P.ENG in your province • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power Generation • Proficient in SAP 2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro • Familiarity with design codes and industrial standards Bring your expertise in structural design and project management to WSP's innovative team in Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
