Summary We are seeking 2–3 Senior Structural Engineers to join the Nashville office during a key growth and leadership transition phase. This is not just a design role—this is a succession planning opportunity. Whether your goal is to remain a high-level technical expert or grow into a Department Manager or leadership position, this role offers a clear and flexible path forward.
Responsibilities Lead structural design and analysis across diverse project types: Manufacturing facilities Life Sciences Data Centers Adaptive reuse and complex renovations Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior and mid-level engineers Collaborate directly with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams Manage projects from concept/feasibility through construction administration Provide quality oversight on calculations, drawings, and specifications Contribute to business development and client relationship management as needed Requirements Licensure: Active PE required (SE strongly preferred) Experience: 8+ years in structural engineering (7+ considered for high-performing candidates with PE) Technical Skills: Strong experience in building design Proficiency with Revit preferred Experience with tools such as Tekla (TSD), RAM, RISA, or ETABS Leadership: Demonstrated ability or strong desire to mentor and lead teams Education: BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred) Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive, based on experience Bonus: ~10% annual target (prorated) Healthcare: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision Relocation: $5,000 – $7,500+ (flexible based on situation) Retirement: 401(k) with company match Additional Perks: Monthly wellness allowance Paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement Annual company-wide retreat Schedule: Flexible work hours, including summer hours Why Nashville?
