As you read this, our Technology and Digital organization is deploying our new Cloud Computing platform to accelerate and expand our digital capability. We’re looking for a passionate analytics professional with great communication skills for our . This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in-depth business‑relevant insights, scenario based assumptions and forward‑looking analysis.

Utilizes data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis. Plays integral role in strategy development and associated risk management. They will also mentor developing analytics professionals and connect with other analytics teams to build capability.

The Work Itself In this role you will help us make data driven decisions by: Independently interfacing with key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate analysis that drive business objectives and targets Performing analysis to drive change within the business Identifying, quantifying and proposing risk/reward trade‑off of recommendations Developing strategy and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and results Applying knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data Providing analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations Leading analytics projects which require technical sophistication and the ability to navigate ambiguity Performing ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations Engaging in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion The Skills You Bring EXPERIENCE 3+ years experience in a similar analytics position required SQL and Excel experience required High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in relate field preferred Banking, financial services, and/or analytic experience preferred DEMONSTRATED ABILITY IN: Independent Thought/Work Business Acumen Financial Statements and Concepts Working in cross functional teams Considered and expert in area of responsibility Knowledge of processes, systems and technology to coordinate implementation of change Intermediate technical skills with excel and/or analysis software Prioritizes day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects while communicating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Crafts engaging data‑driven strategic recommendations to influence decision-makers Tailors messaging for different audiences How We’ll Have Your Back Ally’s compensation program offers market‑competitive base pay and pay‑for‑performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
