Job Description Come join the AWS Marketplace and Partner Services (AMPS) Team on our mission to transform partner experience with AWS. AMPS builds products, integrations and tools to serve AWS Partners and internal builders. Partner Central is being built to be the most efficient, easy‑to‑use, automated, and secure experience for AWS Partners to present and sell their solutions to AWS customers.

We recently launched AI Agents to act on behalf of partners to progress deals and apply for incentives, and plan further AI innovations. Key Responsibilities Own significant portions of the product and lead a team of engineers to deliver high‑impact capabilities. Define new product features and system architecture, influencing strategy across multiple technology domains.

Design and develop complex systems, including agentic AI, APIs, backend services, front‑end user experience, and platform services. Collaborate with business and technical partners, provide customer‑centric solutions, and pursue operational excellence. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience. 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language. 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).

Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary: 168,100 – 227,400 USD annually (USA, TX, Austin). Additional compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
