What you'll do

  • Design and implement scalable software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate new ideas into our software development processes.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping them grow their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality software.
  • Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand their requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, enhancing team efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on web applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, with a solid understanding of object‑oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with front‑end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to streamline development and deployment processes.
