This role involves assisting with the development and system integration for a mission‑critical banking transformation. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize Java and Spring Boot solutions using DevSecOps tools and best practices.

Troubleshoot and enhance middleware interactions with 30+ banking applications. Required Skills Senior-level Java and Spring Boot expertise – Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.x required API development experience Banking system integration experience (Payments or Cards) Must have DevSecOps (Oauth/JWT, Kubernetes/Docker, Jenkins, and GitHub) Must have Kafka or RabbitMQ Must understand SQL and databases End-to-end SDLC experience with minimal guidance Agile experience using Jira / Confluence Excellent problem-solving and communication Nice‑to‑Have Fiserv Debit Card Heitmeyer Consulting is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
