Responsibilities

Coach and develop SARI Managers (SIMs). Drive industrial risk management and recovery activities. Support Transfer of Work (To W) and industrial readiness assessments. Establish data-driven reporting, governance, and performance monitoring. Lead stakeholder communication and executive reporting. Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a SARI Manager / SIM in aerospace. Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading SARI teams. Strong knowledge of industrial risk management, recovery plans, and To W activities. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. English C1 level.

We positively value all work or study experience abroad. All positions require a high level of English (at least B2/C1 depending on the role). French or German will be considered a plus. Please send your detailed CV in English.
