Unlock a new challenge as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central, Payroll, and Time Management. Bring your expertise to enterprise-level HR and payroll implementations. We are looking for an SAP consultant with over eight years of experience in SuccessFactors and strong functional knowledge.
You will support a PeopleSoft migration project, focusing on Employee Central data models, payroll schemas, and time management solutions. Proficiency in Canadian payroll legislation and data migration is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Employee Central data models and organizational structures • Implement payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types effectively • Oversee time tracking and time off management solutions • Facilitate the migration of HR/payroll data in projects • Collaborate with integrators and business leads as a liaison Requirements: • 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors and HR/payroll implementations • Expertise with Canadian payroll legislation and compliance • Strong experience with data mapping and ETL processes • Hands-on with SAP Migration Center and data tools • Familiarity with EC-ECP replication Leverage your proven skills in SAP SuccessFactors to implement impactful HR solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
