SAP Service Management Senior Analyst at Dale WorkForce Solutions Job Type: Full-time direct hire Location: 100% remote from the US Pay: up to $140k How You Will Make An Impact Analyze, design, implement and maintain global Service Management solutions to support business processes. Gather, analyze, and document systems, business process requirements and gaps between the SAP global template through workshops, meetings, and site visits. Perform business process mapping using standard methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Manufacture, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report to ensure alignment within S/4. Configure Service Management functions and prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements. Take part in design, build, test, data migration and training activities during the project, as well as support activities after go-live.
Manage and prioritize the Service Management enhancement backlog. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Service processes. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
What You Will Bring To The Role Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Service Management. SAP certification is a plus. Experience with in‑house repair, Field Service and Service Contract processes.
Experience with Salesforce Field Service is a plus. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
