Senior Salesforce Engineer

Want a Salesforce role that goes beyond “classic admin/dev” work? For one of our clients in the fin-tech sector, we’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a fast-paced Salesforce team. This is a high-visibility position with broad stakeholder exposure and a strong engineering angle, incl. building modern front-ends against Salesforce, working with “Headless Salesforce”, and accelerating delivery with AI dev tools (e.g., Claude Code / Codex).

Location: Warsaw, hybrid mode (3 days a week in the office) Contract: employment contract Your duties will include: Building and extending Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex and Flows Configuring Salesforce (standard/custom objects, sharing rules, reporting) to match business needs Creating dashboards and analytics based on Salesforce data Owning delivery end-to-end: working with Product, managing the dev lifecycle, driving value to production Contributing to the team’s AI-accelerated development approach for faster, higher-quality Salesforce delivery Your skills & experience: Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering: Apex + LWC (Visualforce is a plus) Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and data model Experience as a Lead very nice to have Comfortable working with Git and Jira Good English (B2/C1) and confidence working with senior stakeholders Benefits: Yearly bonus Medical insurance Life insurance MultiSport Card … and other benefits
