About the Role This is a high-impact Salesforce Developer position within a team of 3 developers, where you’ll play a key role in delivering and improving Salesforce solutions across the business. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys: Working closely with business stakeholders Delivering Salesforce solutions using Flows, configuration, and UI design Expanding into Apex development and integrations Influencing how Salesforce is used across the organisation ⚙️ Key Responsibilities Design and build Salesforce solutions (Flows, Apex, LWC) Translate business requirements into scalable solutions Work on Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Provide input into technical decisions and improvements Support dashboards, UI enhancements, and reporting Collaborate in Agile teams (Scrum environment) Mentor junior developers Contribute to DevOps processes (CI/CD, version control) ✅ Required Skills 5+ years Salesforce Developer experience Strong experience with: Salesforce Flows Apex (or willingness to develop further) SOQL / SOSL Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Salesforce integrations Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills ⭐ Desirable Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, App Builder) Copado / Azure DevOps experience CRM Analytics / dashboards experience Interest in AI + Salesforce Location & Benefits Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite) Salary up to £80,000 Bonus + on-call allowance (low call-out frequency) Clear progression opportunities
