Salesforce Developer – Financial Services Cloud / Marketing Cloud Location: Liverpool (hybrid working) Salary: Up to £74,000 + benefits A large, established financial services organisation is undertaking a significant Salesforce transformation, repositioning the platform as a long‑term strategic capability. As part of this, the business is building its Salesforce capability in‑house , reducing reliance on external partners and forming a high‑performing internal delivery team. They are now looking for a Salesforce Developer with experience in Financial Services Cloud or Marketing Cloud to join their Liverpool-based team.

The Role You’ll work closely with product owners, architects and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a product‑led role with long‑term ownership rather than short‑term, project‑based delivery. Key responsibilities include: Designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions across FSC and/or Marketing Cloud Building Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and automation Delivering integrations and data‑driven functionality Contributing to platform standards, best practices and releases Supporting the transition to a fully in‑house Salesforce model What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer Experience with Financial Services Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience and declarative tools Experience in agile delivery environments Regulated industry experience is beneficial but not essential What’s On Offer Salary up to £74,000 Hybrid working from Liverpool Strong pension contribution Private medical cover Bonus / incentive schemes Enhanced annual leave and flexible benefits
