About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation programme centred around Salesforce. As part of a large-scale replacement of multiple core business and customer-facing systems, you will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• The Bridge: Act as the link between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements align with Salesforce capabilities and programme objectives.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Scope & Customization Governance: Drive scope decisions by evaluating trade-offs between business process changes and Salesforce customization, aiming to leverage standard functionality wherever possible.
• Strategic Alignment: Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations on competing priorities to enable informed decision-making regarding technical feasibility, cost, and timelines.
• Cross-Workstream Collaboration: Collaborate across multiple complex workstreams, including Salesforce, integrations, data migration, and other enterprise platforms.

Requirements

• Deep BA Experience: 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years dedicated as a Business Analyst.
• Salesforce Fluency: 5+ years of recent experience working with Salesforce, backed by a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities.
• Scale & Transformation: A proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformations or complex enterprise platform implementations.
• Technical BA Toolkit: Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and producing high-quality documentation (PRDs, process flows, functional specs).
• Stakeholder Mastery: Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge constructively, facilitate difficult conversations, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Environment: Experience navigating complex enterprise environments involving integrations, data migration, and multiple interconnected systems.
• Portuguese - must speak fluent Portuguese.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

• A professional background in Consulting, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
• Industry experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated sectors.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms that serve large customer bases.
