Senior Salesforce Analyst

We’re working with a fast-growth fin-tech organisation looking for a Salesforce Senior Analyst to support the ongoing development of its enterprise Salesforce platform. The Analyst role leans into solution design, business process analysis, data modelling, proof-of-concept builds, and translating requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. You’ll own solution design from discovery through delivery, contribute to high‑quality Salesforce architecture across declarative and programmatic automation, and help drive continuous improvement through modern practices, including AI‑assisted development.

The role suits someone who is comfortable working autonomously in an agile environment and enjoys turning ambiguity into practical outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 6+ years’ experience in Salesforce analysis, development or solution design Strong experience using Salesforce automation tools (Flow, declarative) and best practices Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants and reviewing AI‑generated outputs Proven ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear designs Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders Analytical, adaptable problem‑solver comfortable working with ambiguity Experience supporting user adoption and continuous improvement Lightning Component experience beneficial Why apply?
