SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR HEAD OF ENTERPRISE SALES Are you an experienced enterprise sales leader ready to take full ownership of a high-impact function? Do you want to build and lead a high-performing team delivering meaningful, long-term revenue growth? You’ll inherit a proven sales function generating £2m+ ARR and be responsible for taking it to the next level; This is a strategic, high-value sales environment focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals rather than volume.
Own overall sales performance and revenue delivery across the team Lead, coach and develop a team of senior enterprise sales professionals Drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion rates and forecasting accuracy Implement and embed structured sales methodologies (e.g. High-impact leadership role with real ownership of revenue performance Opportunity to shape and improve a scaling enterprise sales function Collaborative, cross-functional environment (Sales, CS, RevOps, Product) Complex, strategic sales environment – not transactional Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management and sales operations Strong leadership capability with experience developing senior sales talent Data-driven, structured and commercially astute Location: London / Hybrid
