We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager (Hybrid or Remote) to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients. Senior Sales Manager: Hybrid or Remote We’re looking for a senior-level, high-impact sales leader to lead one of our sales teams, taking ownership of its revenue engine and the elite team behind it. It’s a hands‑on, drive-the-pipeline, close-the-deal position where you will actively manage and mentor a dedicated team of Outside Sales Representatives. You’ll be responsible for driving the entire sales lifecycle, including aggressive target account approaches and outbound contact strategies, and personally leading the high‑stakes calls that turn prospects into partners.

You’ll lead a deeply consultative sales process for your team, translating complex solutions into mission‑critical business outcomes. Your focus will be on the daily coaching and execution needed to drive tangible results across your pod. We will prioritize local candidates who can commute to our office in Wakefield, MA, but we are open to exceptional candidates who are not local.

A day in the life of a Senior Sales Manager: Remote Sales Leadership & Mentorship: Fully manage, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring all outreach, from cold calling to in‑person presentations, aligns with company standards and proven methodologies. Strategic Market Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders across Sales Ops, Marketing, and Business Development to drive territory management, target account development, and high‑impact messaging for key markets. Pipeline & CRM Management: Oversee the pipeline development process through hands‑on leadership support with the team, ensuring maintenance of accurate CRM data, and completing all assigned tasks to support the execution of sales consultants.

High‑Touch Sales Support: Travel consistently with consultants to advance high‑stakes deals, close new business, and represent the company at trade shows and strategic initiatives. Strategy & Tool Optimization: Collaborate with Sales Operations and Presentation teams to ensure all sales tools and reporting reflect a strong ROI and the key strategies necessary to close the deal. Executive Alignment: Support executive sales leadership and the executive team strategies by ensuring flawless execution and reporting from your sales team.

What you’ll need to succeed Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional training. Sales Expertise: 7+ years of combined inside and outside sales experience, specifically within the digital marketing and automotive industries. Leadership Tenure: 5+ years of leadership experience managing high‑performing sales teams.

Industry Authority: Proven track record of selling digital products and navigating the unique landscape of the automotive sector. Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse communication styles and build interest in complex digital solutions. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain productive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Operational Excellence: High-level proficiency in project coordination, time management, and various computer hardware and software systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Adaptive Collaboration: A team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments to achieve collective goals. Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support client deals and company initiatives. Competency Alignment: Commitment to meeting the company’s comprehensive core and role‑specific competency models. Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 – $130,000. The annual on‑target earnings range is $245,000 – $350,000. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.
