Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios and team productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and sales training.
• Support the team in high-value negotiations and deal closures.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and overall productivity.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

• 7–9 years of strong hardcore sales experience.
• Proven record of consistently achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
