Senior Sales Executive β Beauty Retail, E-Commerce, Travel Retail & Cruise Location: Edinburgh (George Street Office + UK/International Travel) Company: Avant Skincare Salary: GBP Β£38,000 to 45,000 (DOE) + Commission OTE: Β£80,000+ Join Avant Skincare β Driving Growth Across Prestige Beauty Channels Avant Skincare is an internationally recognised luxury skincare brand distributed through premium retailers, e-tailers, luxury hotels, travel retail, and global partners. We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Sales Executive to accelerate growth across retail, e-commerce, cruise, and duty-free/travel retail channels . This is not an entry-level role .
We are looking for a highly capable sales professional with a minimum of 4 yearsβ proven experience selling premium and masstige beauty brands into major retail and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will already possess an existing network of retail, travel retail, cruise, and e-commerce partners , and will be confident building long-term commercial relationships while driving new business opportunities. Based from our George Street office in Edinburgh , this role combines office-based work with travel across the UK and internationally when required.
The Role You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities across key commercial channels, including: Retailers & Department Stores E-tailers & Online Beauty Platforms Cruise Retail Duty Free & Travel Retail Key responsibilities include: Driving new business development and securing commercial partnerships across targeted sales channels Managing and growing relationships with retailers, buyers, distributors, travel retail operators, and strategic partners Leading sales negotiations and presenting commercially compelling proposals Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to account launch and ongoing growth Building strategic growth plans with partners to maximise sell-through and long-term performance Representing Avant Skincare at trade shows, industry events, meetings, and international partner visits Maintaining accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM platforms such as HubSpot Collaborating closely with internal marketing, operations, and brand teams to support successful launches and activations About You We are seeking someone commercially ambitious, relationship-driven, and experienced within the beauty industry. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience within premium and/or masstige beauty Demonstrable success selling into retailers, e-tailers, cruise, travel retail, or duty-free channels Existing network of retail and distribution partners preferred Strong understanding of beauty retail dynamics, commercial negotiations, and account development Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills Highly organised, commercially minded, and results-driven Comfortable travelling domestically and internationally when required What We Offer GBP 38,000-45,000 (DOE) + attractive commission structure OTE Β£80,000+ Opportunity to represent an established international beauty brand Dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment Edinburgh George Street office location Career progression opportunities within a growing beauty group If you have a strong beauty industry network, a passion for premium brands, and a proven ability to grow sales across retail and strategic channels, we would love to hear from you.
