Responsibilities Own overall sales performance and revenue delivery across the team Lead, coach and develop a team of senior enterprise sales professionals Drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion rates and forecasting accuracy Implement and embed structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) Support high-value deal execution and complex negotiations Work closely with Customer Success to drive expansion and retention Partner with RevOps to improve processes, reporting and visibility Contribute to strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement Why Join? Skills and Qualifications Proven experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams Track record delivering meaningful revenue growth in complex environments Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals Strong background in forecasting, pipeline management and sales operations Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels Strong leadership capability with experience developing senior sales talent Data-driven, structured and commercially astute Collaborative, coachable and low ego #J-18808-Ljbffr
