Who We’re Looking For E xperience in sales or a customer-facing role (mattress industry experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented Weekend availability required Legally authorized to work in the United States Excellent follow-up skills (calls, messages, and emails) to convert leads into sales and build long-term relationships with customers Strong interest in understanding customer needs, sleep habits, and lifestyle factors to recommend the right products Ability to quickly learn and confidently present product knowledge.

Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality Professional appearance and demeanor Strong listening and problem-solving skills Ability to stand and assist customers for extended periods Comfortable using technology (tablets, CRM systems, scheduling tools) Key Responsibilities Consistently meet or exceed personal and store sales goals Deliver a personalized and high-quality in-store shopping experience Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their needs Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and emails to convert leads into sales Maintain strong product knowledge across sleep products. Manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced retail environment Use sales systems, CRM tools, and order management systems effectively What’s in It for You?
