Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in test automation, web application testing, database validation, and quality assurance processes. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring high-quality software releases.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Hands-on experience in SQL and database testing/data validation
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured
• Knowledge of TestNG, Maven, and automation frameworks
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java
• Create and maintain automation frameworks following best practices
• Perform database testing and validate data using SQL queries
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers for resolution
• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports
• Perform API testing and validation of backend services
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure quality standards are met before production releases
