Senior QA Engineer

Position: Sr. QA Engineer Location: Jaipur (Work from Office) Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST Experience Required: 7–8 Years Budget: 11–12 LPA Open Positions: 2 You must be available to visit the Jaipur office for a face-to-face interview. Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior QA Engineer with 7 to 8 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.

The candidate should have strong expertise in QA processes, automation testing using Python or equivalent technologies, and experience driving quality initiatives for core product suites. Key Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases Perform Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing Develop, maintain, and execute Automation Scripts using Python Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and QA team members Lead requirement analysis, test planning, and test case reviews Improve QA processes and automation coverage Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional reviews Handle defect triage and coordinate with development teams for resolution Identify edge cases before they become production issues Coordinate during release processes Automation Skills: Maintain and extend Automation Frameworks (PyTest / Selenium) Work on UI and backend automation, design patterns, and CI/CD integration Monitor automation runs and troubleshoot failures Design, debug, and maintain test frameworks independently API & Database Testing: Perform REST API testing using Postman or similar tools Write SQL queries for data validation, migrations, and pipelines Required Skills: Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts Experience writing Test Cases and Test Scenarios Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI Agile / Scrum methodology experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated and proactive approach toward quality culture Strong team collaboration skills Exposure to Agentic AI testing frameworks is a plus Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Reporting To: Sr. Project Manager or Management
