What we’re looking for:\n

  • Minimum 5 years PAE in property or commercial law, with strong knowledge of Queensland property legislation

  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and development documents
  • \n
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service and legal problem-solving
  • \n
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage risk across varied property transactions
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles
  • \n
  • Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset, with interest in mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals

  • High-level organisational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:\n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)

  • Admission to practice law in Australia
  • \n
  • A minimum of 5 years PAE in property law
