Senior Project Manager - Heavy Civil / Marine / Rail Infrastructure Why this role is good for you Our client, a well-established Massachusetts civil contractor with a strong pipeline of large projects, is seeking a Senior Project Manager. You'll guide high-value infrastructure projects while being respected as a mentor and leader in the organization. What you'll be working on (and more) Lead large heavy-civil programs spanning highways, bridges, marine, rail, and transit facilities-owning risk, schedule, client interface, and cross-functional alignment from planning through closeout.

What you'll do day-to-day Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale projects. Mentor project teams and ensure alignment with budget, safety, and quality. Lead risk management and performance reviews.

Recognition as a key leader in Massachusetts infrastructure. What you bring B.S. in Civil Engineering or construction-related degree. Extensive project management experience in heavy civil.
