Senior Project Manager, €105,000 negotiable basic depending on experience, with benefits and a great company culture.

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise security projects across Germany, based in and around Frankfurt. Responsible for managing complex installations, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and integrated command-and-control systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client standards

The Role

• Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise security projects
\n
• Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
\n
• Act as key client contact for stakeholders and contractors
\n
• Oversee technical delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning
\n
• Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, and commercial performance
\n
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and health & safety standards
\n

The Person

\n
• 8+ years project management experience
\n
• 5+ years delivering enterprise-level security systems
\n
• Strong experience with large-scale, high-value projects (€2M+)
\n
• Knowledge of integrated security platforms (access control, CCTV, alarms)
\n
• Strong stakeholder, commercial, and leadership skills
\n
• PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
\n
• German to a conversational level; English language fluency required.
