Looking for anyone that has been a project manager/ senior project manager Exhibitions company MUST: 5+ years’ Experience working on Exhibitions Company Senior Project manager/Project Managers Located in London/Birmingham Job Title: Exhibition Project Manager – Modular & Custom Build Location: London/Birmingham – Office-based with some flexibility About The Company We’re working with a well-established, highly regarded exhibition and live events company based in London/Birmingham. Specialising in bespoke and modular stand builds, they deliver world-class experiences across the UK and Europe for leading global brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Exhibition Project Manager to join a fast-moving, creative team and play a central role in delivering memorable builds at major venues and exhibitions. The Role You’ll take ownership of projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery and breakdown. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers, you’ll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. ️ You must have experience managing exhibition stand projects (modular or custom). This is essential for consideration. Key Responsibilities Manage exhibition stand builds and event projects from concept to completion Coordinate logistics, budgeting, quoting, and timelines Oversee on-site delivery, installation, and breakdown Lead client communication and manage expectations Collaborate with design, production, and fabrication teams Maintain project tracking via systems like HubSpot Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards Support and mentor junior project team members What You’ll Need Minimum 3 years’ experience managing projects within the exhibition industry Confident reading floorplans and build specs Excellent organisational and communication skills Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple priorities Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Strong knowledge of health & safety and onsite delivery What’s on Offer Creative, collaborative environment based in SW19, London/Birmingham Opportunities for growth and leadership responsibilities Diverse and exciting project portfolio, both UK-based and international Diversity & Inclusion We value diversity and promote an inclusive recruitment process.
