Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional client service by understanding client needs and solving real business problems. - Lead dynamic, cross-functional project teams with clarity, purpose, and measurable goals. - Develop high-performing people and teams, creating an inspiring team environment with clear goals. - Manage projects and engagements profitably by holding teams accountable to timelines, deliverables, and project profitability. - Cultivate and manage business development opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term productive client relationships and networks. - Foster a culture of learning by mentoring consultants and continuously growing your own expertise. - Communicate transparently and confidently across all channels, delivering both good and tough updates. Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA preferred; MBA is a plus. - 7+ years of relevant experience in client services, consulting, or professional services. - Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while staying hands-on with project execution. - Exceptional time and project management skills across multiple clients and deliverables. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern collaboration/project management tools. - A growth mindset with a passion for learning, mentoring, and continuous improvement. - High integrity, client-first mentality, and a deep sense of ownership.
