They specialize in delivering highquality multifamily residential construction projects , including: Groundup apartment developments Mixeduse residential buildings Urban infill multifamily projects Luxury and marketrate communities Podium and woodframe construction Renovations and adaptive reuse residential conversions Job Description Lead endtoend project management for groundup and largescale multifamily residential developments Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, manpower planning, and cost controls Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation, and buyout processes Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, developers, and internal teams Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and safety audits Ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and quality standards Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documents Facilitate weekly project meetings with owners and key stakeholders Mentor junior project managers, project engineers, and field staff Drive successful closeout, turnover packages, and client satisfaction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
