Senior Project Manager $125K-$155K Miami, FL Job Summary A seasoned Senior Project Manager is sought to lead the development of production drawings and specifications from programming and schematic design through construction documentation and permitting phases. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages while ensuring alignment with design intent, budget, and schedule. Primary Responsibilities Take full ownership of architectural projects from inception through completion, providing leadership and direction to project teams and stakeholders.

Communicate design concepts effectively using sketches and digital tools, including 3D modeling, AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Prepare presentations and produce documentation through all project phases, including construction. Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

Develop design solutions that meet client requirements, specifications, and overall project objectives. Compile and manage project-related materials, including product selections, samples, and specifications. Maintain organized project documentation, including correspondence, drawings, and related records.

Provide support to internal teams and leadership as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. Coordinate with sub-consultants and external partners.

Manage staff and oversee a portfolio (book) of projects and/or clients. Secondary Responsibilities Perform additional duties as required. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment across cross-functional teams, peers, and leadership.

Adapt to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving capability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 15+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Proven ability to make timely, well-reasoned decisions and communicate rationale effectively. In-depth knowledge of building codes, life safety requirements, and zoning regulations. Comprehensive understanding of construction documentation standards.

Experience with adaptive reuse, renovations, and building expansions. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Excellent presentation and visual communication abilities.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong technical and graphic design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Strong understanding of contracts (owner and subconsultant) and compliance requirements. Experience developing and negotiating proposals. Working knowledge of project accounting, forecasting, and budget development.
