What You’ll Do: Lead Projects – Drive multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross‑functional teams from kickoff to closeout. Client & Team Liaison – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, update cost‑to‑complete (CTC) forecasts, and handle contracts and change orders.

Quality & Compliance – Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, codes, and documentation standards. Mentorship & Growth – Lead post‑project reviews, coach team members, and raise project delivery standards across departments.
