A nationally recognized real estate owner, developer, and operator is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Construction to oversee development and redevelopment projects across the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong experience in retail, mixed-use, and commercial redevelopment projects who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You'll Be Doing Lead construction execution for assigned development and redevelopment projects Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall construction performance Monitor construction progress and ensure projects stay aligned with approved timelines Review and manage RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and lien waivers Oversee quality control and field coordination activities Maintain construction documentation including project reporting and site photos Provide technical construction guidance to internal teams Coordinate testing, inspections, and consultant activities throughout the project lifecycle Travel to project sites as needed throughout the region What We're Looking For 5-10+ years of construction project management experience Experience with retail, mixed-use, shopping center, or redevelopment construction projects Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and project delivery Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and MEP systems Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Experience working with: Procore Bluebeam Microsoft Project Microsoft Excel Preferred Background Experience working for a commercial general contractor, developer, owner's representative, or REIT Redevelopment and tenant improvement experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Long-term growth potential with a highly respected organization Location & Travel Based in the Dallas / Fort Worth market Approximately 25-35% travel depending on project assignments If you're interested in learning more-or know someone who could be a strong fit-please apply directly or reach out confidentially.
