Senior Project Manager – Civil Engineering
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid or Remote)
Our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex land development projects in urban, suburban, and mixed-use environments. You’ll lead cross-functional teams and own client relationships while ensuring project delivery from design through construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full project life cycle: scope, budget, schedule, QA/QC
- Direct technical staff and mentor junior team members
- Lead coordination with agencies, utilities, and stakeholders
- Serve as main point of contact for public and private clients
Qualifications:
- P.E. license required
- 8–15+ years of site/civil experience including project management
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
- Proven success managing multidisciplinary design teams
Compensation: $110K–$145K Base + Bonus | Full Benefits | Growth to Principal Level
