\n Job Purpose:\n
The purpose of this role is to support internal and external stakeholders by coordinating design, scheduling, construction activities, quality oversight, cost management, and documentation collation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities\n- \n
- Support the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider team to ensure the full project scope of works are successfully implemented. \n
- Implement, manage and monitor QA procedures and the document control system. Manage and control submittals, RFIs and information flow. \n
- Implement manage and control the Inspection and Test Plans. \n
- Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors, including meetings and workshops as required. \n
- Liaise with Evara supervisors, planners, in house quantity surveyors in reviewing monthly valuations. \n
- Perform technical verification of civil engineering designs, models, and drawings. \n
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site. \n
- Provide technical advice to the project team. \n
- Manage and coordinate Site Engineers. \n
- Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics. \n
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports. \n
- Use of AutoCAD and Revit essential for technical analysis and uploading as-builts as the project progresses. \n
- Ensure quality control measures on the site are implemented and are in line with the overall BCAR plan for the project. \n
- Build relationships with the Evara team members and our supply chain to identify risks and opportunities. \n
- Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained to the highest possible. \n

- Relevant third-level degree in Engineering. \n
- 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on high density residential or commercial developments with tier one/ two contractors, or self-delivery developers. \n
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations. \n
- Project experience on civil engineering works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and site development. \n
- Proficient in dimensional controls and in the use of GPS, robotic total stations, and levelling equipment. \n
- Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Microsoft Office and document control systems such as Procore. \n
- Has a good awareness of the project specifications, in particular tolerances for vertical and horizontal structural elements \n
- In depth knowledge of the BCAR process, specific to high density residential projects. \n
- Competent in best practices for quality control, can create and manage inspection and test plans, manage defects and non-conformance, remedial works management and along with the Site Manager, instil and improve upon QC processes to reduce/eliminate defective workmanship. \n
- Proficient and experienced in Uisce Eierann QC processes and procedures and in the collation of the UE Safety File. \n
- Proficient in the management of local authority and utility provider permits. \n
- Competent in the coordination and management of temporary works. \n
- Self‑motivated and hard worker with the ability to work on own initiative. \n
- Strong team building skills. \n
- Analytical and decision‑making skills. \n
- Good knowledge of project budgets and controls. \n
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills. \n
