Senior Project Engineer

• Lead construction and delivery activities across multiple telecommunications projects
\n
• Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and scope changes
\n
• Support and mentor Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
\n
• Oversee site establishment, construction activities, and project reporting
\n
• Coordinate design interfaces and ensure constructability requirements are met
\n
• Manage project cost control, forecasting, and financial performance
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and contractual obligations
\n
• Manage telecommunications project build phases from construction through completion
\n
• Work with internal teams, clients, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
\n

Requirements\n

• Proven experience managing project delivery from planning through construction and handover
\n
• Experience delivering telecommunications, infrastructure, or construction projects
\n
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and cost management
\n
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
\n
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
\n
• Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive project outcomes
\n
