Location & Compensation The successful incumbent may reside in either the United States or Canada. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $190,000 USD, with final compensation determined by relevant experience, skills, and market data. Our patented Allosperse® delivery technology connects the lab to the field, enabling growers to cut costs and reduce their environmental footprint. We are fully commercial with established distribution across the US and are growing rapidly.

Mission Your core mission is to devise and execute product and crop strategies designed to deliver a ‘best in class’ position for the Vive portfolio. Working closely across internal departments and external partners, you will foster product development, manage profitability, and create brand awareness for the Vive portfolio. You will deliver on this mission by: Bringing a deep understanding of the synthetic and biocontrol market and grower pain points to optimize the development of future Vive products.

Executing product launch excellence by translating internal coordination to commercial success. Creating market demand through strategic product development and positioning. Exhibiting strong analytical and problem‑solving skills despite imperfect information.

Maintaining a healthy mix of strategy and execution while scaling efforts for a rapidly growing business. Being a resourceful, creative, and self‑driven individual with experience in a growth‑stage company. Consistently managing multiple deliverables to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Key Interactions Internally – Sales, Agronomy, Marketing, Product Development, Field Biology, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Executive Leadership. Externally – Growers, retailers, crop consultants, and 3rd‑party product development partners. First 12 Months: Accountability Accelerate new product development and key business assessments within the Product Development Process.

Solidify Vive's market positioning as a biocontrol + technology partner of choice. Execute product launch excellence for Technology Platforms and/or Products. Forecast revenue and manage product margins, including price adjustments when appropriate.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities Lead brand plan strategy development and market assessment for assigned brands. Manage product margins and overall financial performance for the assigned portfolio. Deliver monthly and annual revenue forecasts.

Manage COGs and product pricing; leverage data sources for market analyses. Deliver branded Vive products with measurable value and differentiation. Collaborate with Sales and Product Development to identify and define new solutions from concept to launch.

Develop market‑relevant proof points to convey each product’s brand story. Ensure pipeline efforts address grower pain points and unmet market needs. Partner with Sales to align and educate distribution channel partners.

Serve as a lead contributor on the Vive Pipeline Development Process and lead relevant Product Launch Committees. Provide regular updates on product development and regulatory progress vs. timelines. Lead business cases, product design documents, and financial modeling for assigned product concepts.

Present new product business cases to senior leadership and evaluate technical feasibility. Identify field data needs and collaborate to prioritize trial placement & assessment. Ensure alignment from all stakeholders on product launch approach.

Partner with Marketing to devise the yearly marketing plan. Identify and inform field and customer training needs, provide input on field demo programs, and inform communications campaigns. Coordinate and oversee regulatory lifecycle management with the Regulatory team.

Skills & Experiences Education: Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or sales related field (other educational backgrounds considered with relevant experience). Experience: 2+ years of product management, 6–8+ years overall, including biologicals/biocontrol products and product leadership in a growth‑stage company. Agricultural industry experience preferred.

Strong communication skills, ability to distill complex messaging. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural collaborator across functional teams. Strategic thinker with strong organizational and independent problem‑solving skills.

Courage to challenge mediocrity and ensure Vive products are best‑in‑class. Strong analytical skills for assessing big picture and details. Data‑driven decision‑making approach.

Comfortable managing complex projects and initiatives. Passion for accuracy and detail in written and oral communications. Independent, can‑do attitude, self‑starter.
