Senior Product Manager (Richardson)

Senior Product Manager (Banking, Investment Banking, Loan Services): Hybrid - Richardson, TX or Houston, TX Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to support loan servicing platforms and financial systems. This role will oversee a portfolio of products including a borrower-facing portal and internal systems responsible for financial transactions, cash movement, and reconciliation .

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of product execution, financial services knowledge, and cross-functional leadership . Key Responsibilities: Lead product management efforts across loan servicing platforms Collaborate with engineering and business teams to drive product delivery Write PRDs, user stories, and participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies Support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product execution (60/40 split) Ensure alignment with financial and regulatory compliance requirements Drive stakeholder communication across multiple business units Maintain focus on data integrity and accuracy within financial systems Required Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience Background in financial services (banking, lending, fintech, or consumer finance) Experience with loan servicing or financial transaction systems Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, user stories) Experience writing PRDs and managing product life cycles Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have: Experience with AI / LLM-related products Exposure to real estate or commercial real estate Strong UX mindset and user empathy
