Job Description As a Senior Product Manager on the Protections team, you’ll lead improvements to our digital products that help our fans get the insurance coverage they need to protect their family and finances. You’ll work with a high-performing product squad to build clarity around fan and business outcomes, ensuring we’re learning from real customer behavior and using that to guide smarter decisions and stronger results. Responsibilities Lead the development and evolution of digital product features that support insurance coverage needs.

Build clarity around fan and business outcomes and use data to guide decisions. Align product, marketing, and operations into a cohesive, user‑centered experience. Drive experimentation and optimization within user flows or conversion funnels.

Leverage AI to improve team efficiency and leadership in team workflow changes. Champion a culture of disciplined experimentation and iterative progress. Qualifications 5 years of experience owning complex, end‑to‑end product systems requiring cross‑functional alignment and data integration.

Highly analytical, comfortable using data to uncover insights, define problems, and drive measurable outcomes. Strong track record of experimentation and optimization in user flows or conversion funnels. Skilled at aligning product, marketing, and operations into a user‑centered experience.

Experience leveraging AI to improve team efficiency and leading change in team processes. High‑ownership, solutions‑oriented mindset and positive contribution to team culture, even in ambiguity. Success Metrics Established clear, trusted visibility into post‑action customer events, enabling leadership to make sharper decisions.

Systemic learning from real customer outcomes, continuously shaping strategy and experience improvements. Driven meaningful gains in engagement, match quality, and long‑term customer trust. Built a culture of disciplined experimentation and iteration, expanding progress beyond one‑time launches.
