About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who has owned the full customer acquisition funnel end-to-end โ€” not just defined it, but shipped against it. You'll sit at the intersection of product, ops, and go-to-market, driving measurable improvement in how leads become paying customers. What You'll Own The complete Lead-to-Conversion funnel โ€” from acquisition through first purchase โ€” across digital and assisted channels Conversion strategy across multiple touchpoints: digital self-serve, outbound (call center / sales), and in-person / clinic flows CRM and lead management tooling โ€” evaluation, onboarding, workflow design, and adoption Automation roadmap to reduce manual ops dependency at every funnel stage โ€” triggered communications, routing logic, follow-up flows Funnel gap identification and prioritization across tech, process, automation, and analytics dimensions GTM execution for new acquisition and self-serve product features (landing pages, booking flows, referral programs) Remarketing and re-engagement logic for unconverted and dropped leads Core funnel metrics: Lead โ†’ Qualified โ†’ Engaged โ†’ Converted, and the levers behind each rate What We're Looking For 4โ€“6 years in Product Management with clear ownership of conversion or growth metrics Proven experience working across sales/ops-heavy funnels โ€” not just pure-digital Strong cross-functional coordination โ€” you've worked with call centers, sales teams, ops, and marketing simultaneously Comfort going deep into data โ€” SQL or BI tools to pull your own funnel numbers, not just read dashboards PRD-level execution: you can write API contracts, define state machines, and work directly with engineering Track record of driving measurable uplift โ€” you know your baseline, your levers, and your result Good to Have Experience in health tech, edtech, or high-consideration B2C categories Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Lead Squared, or similar) Exposure to WhatsApp/conversational channel automation Familiarity with attribution and UTM tracking at the lead source level
