Senior Product Manager

The future of schools is where school leaders and teachers will work by intelligently automating the operational, administrative, and pedagogical tasks that consume their day, so they can focus on what matters most: great teaching and student outcomes. The Role : We’re looking for a Senior/ Group Product Manager to join our impactful cause and own this charter end-to-end.

This is a rare opportunity to set the vision, shape the roadmap, and ship AI-powered tools that reach thousands of schools across India. You will work directly with product leadership, engineering, design, and our customers to build products that are deeply embedded in the daily rhythms of school life. This is not a feature factory role.

You will own outcomes, not tickets. What You’ll Do • Own the product vision and roadmap for our AI charter • Deeply understand the day-to-day operational reality of school owners, principals, and teachers through regular school visits, user interviews, and field research. • Build early-stage prototypes yourself using AI tools and take them to customers to refine via PoCs. We expect you to be a level 1 builder yourself. • Define the journey of taking these prototypes to live, scaled products by working closely with design and engineering • Work with the business and category leads to fine tune value-proposition and GTM approaches and keep it as product led as possible. • Define success metrics, obsess about customer value and satisfaction and iterate relentlessly based on data and user feedback. • This is a Senior IC PM role with the opportunity to scale the team as the charter grows. • Finally this is not a paper pushing role, you will take calls and prioritise velocity Who You Are • 5-9 years of product experience, with at least 2 years at senior or lead PM level.

You have shipped consumer or SaaS products that real people use daily, and you have created positivel impact. Ex Founders will also be a good fit • First-principles thinker but you can ship fast and small to validate your thinking • Genuine fluency with AI i.e. you’ve built with it, experimented with it, and think clearly about where it genuinely helps versus where it overpromises. • Deep empathy for users who are not like you eg: a school owner in Tier 3 India, a teacher preparing lessons at 10 pm with low access to internet. • High ownership mindset and very high bias for action. You don’t wait for instructions; you step in, figure things out, and drive outcomes. • Clear, sharp written communication.

Your PRDs and specs are crisp and people act on them.
