Senior Product Manager
Braindate
Job Description
About us e180 was founded in 2011 as a social enterprise and is now a certified and award-winning B Corporation. This means we’ve made a public commitment to using our business to create a positive and measurable impact in the world. Our flagship product, Braindate , enables global communities to experience human and transformative learning moments based on knowledge-sharing and courageous conversations.
Our mission remains unchanged: unleashing human greatness by helping people learn from one another while fostering a deep sense of belonging. More specifically, Braindate works with major international enterprise clients (e.g., NVIDIA, Salesforce, Atlassian, Hubspot, Cloudflare, Workday, SXSW, TED, etc.) to transform traditional networking into authentic connections between participants at their flagship events. In 2025, Braindate was named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies and Best Event Technology for Networking at the Event Tech Live Awards.
Your role Reporting to the CPO, you are the engine behind how great ideas become shipped, validated product. You own the full delivery loop — from translating strategic direction into airtight PRDs, to grooming the backlog week to week, to measuring whether what we built actually worked. You bring rigor and clarity to the work so engineering can move fast and confidently.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a small team. You'll be close to customers, close to data, and close to the work itself. What you will do Write and maintain Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria; groom and prioritize the backlog weekly in collaboration with engineering leadership based on the CPO-approved roadmap Own PRD completion — translate high-level CPO briefs into detailed specs including success metrics, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, before any sprint begins Define KPIs before features are built; use PostHog and other analytics post-launch to validate impact and deliver regular release reports with actionable next steps to the CPO Conduct user research interviews and synthesize feedback from internal and external stakeholders to maintain a live pulse on user friction beyond what the data shows Write clear release notes and run internal product demos so all teams understand what shipped and how it works; serve as the primary intake point for feature requests from internal teams Track competitor shipping activity and contribute data-backed input to quarterly roadmap planning in support of the CPO Your profile You've shipped product features end-to-end and know what a good ticket looks like — you could write one in your sleep You define success metrics before a feature is built, not after, and you follow up on whether they moved You write with clarity and precision — in Jira, Slack, PRDs, and release notes, your writing is your stakeholder management You're comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity, and you know the difference between a decision you should make and one you should surface You're at ease using AI tools to prototype ideas, test assumptions, or move faster Experience in B2B SaaS or event tech is a plus; genuine curiosity about how people connect in person is a must Our values We are ready.
