Senior Product Manager @ Accuris

Accuris

PolskaFull-timeMid LevelOn-site

Job Description

About the role

Accuris is the world's leading provider of engineering and supply chain intelligence. Our Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI) suite - Parts Intelligence, BOM Intelligence, PCN Intelligence, Parts API Integration and Parts Content Services - helps engineering, procurement, compliance and supply chain teams turn trusted electronic component data into confident decisions.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and grow the SCI portfolio. This is a senior individual-contributor role with broad influence: your focus shifts with the highest-priority customer and business outcomes, you connect opportunities across the suite, and you help strengthen how the team works through the Product Operating Model. If you love solving complex problems with designers and engineers, and you're energized by turning trusted data into measurable outcomes, this role is for you.

What's in it for you
  • Portfolio-level scope and real ownership in a remote, global team - a senior IC role with influence across an entire suite.
  • Problems that matter: reduce risk, maintain compliance and keep mission-critical programs moving for the world's top engineering organizations.
  • Join at a meaningful point: continuous discovery, instrumentation and outcome-based planning are being strengthened - you'll shape what we build and how we build it.
  • UoP contract, annual performance bonus, private medical, Multisport, life insurance, 2 000 PLN/year wellbeing budget, all equipment provided.
Candidate FAQ

The questions candidates ask most often about this role - answered upfront.

Who is Accuris?

An engineering intelligence company - formerly S&P; Global's Engineering Solutions division and part of the engineering ecosystem for more than 60 years. Our products turn the world's largest repository of standards and supply chain data into AI-driven insights and connected workflows, used by teams at Boeing, NASA and SpaceX - including the programs behind NASA's Artemis.

What team would I join?

Jaime Salazar's Supply Chain Intelligence product team. The suite spans Parts Intelligence, BOM Intelligence, PCN Intelligence, Parts API Integration and Parts Content Services - and this senior IC role works across all of it, with design, engineering and data leaders in the US and Europe.

What do you look for?

Product judgment above all: evidence-based discovery, clear reasoning about value, usability, feasibility and viability risks, and outcomes rather than shipped features. Enterprise data/API depth and confident English (C1) for daily work with US-based stakeholders round out the picture.

What does the process look like?

Five conversations: (1) an intro call with the recruiter, (2) Jaime Salazar plus a lightweight case - a thinking-out-loud exercise, no prep deck, (3) a product panel on discovery and strategy, (4) an engineering panel on collaboration and delivery, (5) a stakeholder panel on go-to-market and influence. Feedback after every stage; interviews in English.

Where would I work?

Remote from anywhere in Poland, as part of a global team - some schedule flexibility for US overlap is expected. If you like an office, our brand-new Gdansk hub in the Alchemia complex opens ~Aug/Sep 2026.

What are the benefits?

Salary: 19 000 - 21 000 PLN gross/month (UoP). On top of that: an annual performance bonus, private medical package, Multisport card, life insurance, a 2 000 PLN annual wellbeing allowance, and all necessary equipment provided.
