We are looking for a Senior Product Designer II to lead research activities and translate insights into effective design solutions across Marriott Tech Accelerator initiatives. This role understands user needs and delivers end-to-end UX and UI design solutions in close partnership with design, product and engineering teams. Job Responsibilities: Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research activities with Marriotts global associate.

Translate research insights into actionable design recommendations. Design user experiences grounded in research and usability best practices. Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

Support usability testing and iterative design improvements. Partner with product teams to influence priorities and roadmaps. Advocate for accessibility and research-driven decision making.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES: Research Planning & Execution: Conduct usability testing, interviews, and discovery research. Select appropriate research methods based on problem scope. Communicates with leadership, designers, product manager, and developers through appropriate visuals, annotations, documentation and deliverables Synthesis & Design: Analyze findings and synthesize insights.

Design experiences informed by research outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Share insights with product and design partners. Influence decisions through evidence-based recommendations.

Design Execution: Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma. Ensure accessibility and consistency across designs. Skill and Experience: 6+ years of experience in UX research and design.

Strong experience with usability testing and research synthesis. Ability to translate insights into design solutions. Experience working in agile product environments.

Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, HCI,or related field preferred. Work location: Hyderabad, India. Work mode: Hybrid Marriotts core values: At Marriott, our core values make us who we are.
