We are looking for a senior design leader to provide creative and strategic direction for digital experiences delivered through the Marriott Tech Accelerator. This Senior Product Design Manager role leads designers, partners closely with product and engineering teams, ensures high-quality, scalable, accessible experiences aligned to Marriott standards, and reports directly to Associate Experience design leadership. Candidate will work across multiple business, product & engineering teams tosupport the design, development and execution of digital products at Marriott Job Responsibilities: Provide creative and design leadership across multiple Marriott Tech Accelerator initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and review work produced by designers within the MTA. Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with Marriott standards and design system. Partner with product and engineering leaders to align on priorities and delivery.

Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices. Design Execution: Guide teams from concept through production-ready designs. Demonstrated ability to deliver results, breaking complex concepts into understandable chunks, bringing ambiguity into focus. Ensure designs align to Marriotts enterprise design system and accessibility standards Understands and advocates for associate needs and how those manifests through digital experiences.

Strong grounding in general usability and transactional design best practices. Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads in an agile environment. Communicate design strategy and rationale to senior stakeholders.

Successfully and autonomously support multiple tracks of work at once Skill and Experience: 10+ years experience in UX, product, or experience design. Strong experience leading designers. Expertise with design systems and Figma.

Solid background/understanding of UX, design thinking, user research methodology, and design operations; passion for DesignOps and how to build, scale, train, and refine teams, tools, and processes/deliverables Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred.
