You'll play a key role in supporting decisions that impact multiple rental sites, working side-by-side with both commercial and operational teams. What You’ll Do Analyse pricing and revenue data from a network of rental locations Help develop, refine, and optimise pricing strategies Monitor demand trends, booking patterns, and competitor activity Provide reports and insights to inform business decisions Collaborate closely with commercial and operational stakeholders Test pricing models and support new initiatives Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and tools What We’re Looking For Essential: Background in analytics, pricing, or commercial analysis Strong Excel and SQL skills Skilled at interpreting data and translating insights into action Clear communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders Desirable: Experience in car rental, travel, or multi-site operations Familiarity with pricing or revenue management concepts Working Pattern Hybrid role based in Edinburgh Minimum one day per week in the HQ, with occasional travel as needed Salary & Benefits £45,000 – £55,000 base salary Performance-related bonus Flexible, hybrid working arrangements Strong opportunities for career growth in a fast-growing business About VSP8 Limited VSP8 Limited manages a portfolio of car and van rental locations under both the Green Motion and U-Save brands.
