Senior Process Engineer (Cortland)

What You’ll Do ✔ Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks ✔ Optimize processes across fluid handling, etc. ✔ Lead projects tied to new equipment and line improvements ✔ Drive cost savings and productivity initiatives using data ✔ Partner with operations to improve throughput and efficiency What We’re Looking For ✔ Strong understanding of pipes, pumps, and processing systems ✔ Engineering degree required ✔ 3–5+ years of experience ✔ Leadership mindset – someone who enjoys mentoring and developing others ✔ NOT a packaging-focused background Why This Role?
