More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.**What you’ll do:*** Manage and supervise deployment of strategies for clients within an assigned group of accounts, ensuring deployed strategy fits specific client objectives* Provide guidance and oversight regarding department operations through participation in assigned committees* Participate in testing and evaluation of Wealth Management operations to ensure responsibilities to clients* Supervise and mentor lower level staff to ensure that their development progresses satisfactorily (this may not apply to all positions)* Assist with business development efforts for Frost* Contribute to the asset review committee, analyzing assets for inclusion on the investment approved list* Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes**What you’ll need:*** Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline* 10+ years experience in a portfolio management role overseeing investment accounts in a fiduciary manner at a wealth management or other financial services organization* Thorough understanding of financial market/security types concepts and the ability to communicate concepts to clients* Experience managing and/or advising on multi-asset class portfolios.* Strong analytical skills* Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficient in Microsoft computer applications* Broad understanding of alternative asset classes**Additional Preferred Skills:*** Master’s degree in an appropriate discipline* Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or other financial industry designation* Experience with industry tools such as Fitek, Bloomberg, and FactSet* Experience making public presentations**Our Benefits:**At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
