Key Responsibilities As a Senior PMO Analyst you will act as a bridge between operational project management and strategic portfolio oversight within the Delivery Management & PMO capability.

You will take ownership of the seamless execution, governance, and financial tracking of multiple complex digital transformation engagements. Manage day‑to‑day operations and reporting. Mentor junior PMO Analysts, handle advanced escalations.

Ensure project alignment with commercial goals. Standardise processes and drive capability improvements across the PMO function. Delivery Operations Support Oversee and produce complex financial reports for multiple account teams, encompassing contract/SOW burndown, forecasting, and expense tracking.

Act as the escalation point for account invoice reviews, TOIL validation, and client asset management. Provide strategic, visual, client‑ready reporting on SLA/KPI adherence, social value commitments, and commercial performance to stakeholders up to the C‑Suite level. Manage team capacity, work plans, and schedules across complex or multiple work streams to balance client delivery with Made Tech’s commercial objectives.

Mentor and coach mid‑level and associate PMO Analysts, delegating operational tasks where appropriate to ensure their contributions align with the overall PMO strategy. Delivery Assurance Support Establish, maintain, and mature PMO standards and governance across your assigned portfolio of projects. Proactively oversee complex dependencies and robust RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, ensuring action plans are identified and remediations are tracked to conclusion.

Schedule and facilitate high‑level reviews and health checks for complex work streams/SoWs to ensure projects remain on track. Act as a senior figure and active participant in the Delivery Management community. Handle advanced stakeholder negotiations and manage expectations.

Capability Improvements Take a lead role in building and implementing plans to improve Agile delivery management and PMO capabilities across the business. Provide subject matter expertise in Agile project management disciplines to continuously elevate best practices and process standardisation. Partner with the Lead PMO Analyst to implement continuous improvements to the PMO service catalogue.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Advanced Data Skills: Expert spreadsheet capabilities (advanced formulas, data validation, pivot tables, macros, and complex data visualisation). Delivery Experience: Substantial experience leading or supporting complex business change programmes within the full lifecycle of cross‑functional Agile projects. Stakeholder & Negotiation Skills: Confident communication skills with the ability to use soft power to influence peers, manage C‑Suite expectations, and achieve required business outcomes.

Commercial Acumen: Extensive experience in budget management, project scheduling, capacity planning, tracking the realisation of benefits, understanding contractual commitments and managing change control processes. Risk Management: Deep expertise in identifying and managing cross‑project risks and dependencies using robust RAID management processes. Leadership: Experience coaching, mentoring, or matrix‑managing junior PMO or project team members.

SC Eligibility Eligibility requires 5 years of continuous UK residency and 5 years of employment (or full‑time education). Successful candidates for this role must have security check clearance.
