Overview Recruitment Consultant - DevOps, Cloud and Automation at Harrington Starr Join a leading global brokerage headquartered in Chicago, driving innovation across financial markets! Compensation Salary: Up to $160,000 basic + benefits + bonus Base pay range : $140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Hybrid: In office 3 days per week Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (preferred) with 5+ years in Financial Services. Strong background in Linux engineering, automation, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Hands-on with CI/CD, IaC, and secure deployments in AWS/Azure using cloud-native tools and best practices. Skilled in containers, serverless, and cloud monitoring (CloudWatch, Splunk, DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana). Proficient in Python/PowerShell scripting and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet).
