Senior Packaging Engineer (Fullerton)

Looking to add a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead packaging development across new and existing products. What you’ll be doing: Own packaging specs, materials, and equipment considerations from concept through commercialization Lead trials, testing, and validation to ensure performance, safety, shelf life, and quality Drive cost optimization and sustainability initiatives Partner with suppliers, co-packers, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions Support scale-up and smooth production launches What you bring: BS in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, or related field 6–10 years of packaging experience in food manufacturing (required) Strong knowledge of packaging materials, testing, equipment, and regulatory requirements Experience working directly with packaging suppliers Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Korean language skills a plus Message me if you’d like to learn more
