This is an exciting opportunity to join an international Product Development team and play a key role in the development of innovative, sustainable, and compliant packaging solutions for global brands. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive packaging projects from concept through industrialization while ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, innovation and implementation of primary and secondary packaging solutions.
• Manage packaging projects from concept to commercialization and industrialization.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Drive packaging innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct packaging evaluations, compatibility studies, and technical investigations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable packaging, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, specifications, and development reports.
• Support the identification and implementation of new materials, technologies, and packaging formats.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Packaging Development, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience within Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, or FMCG environments.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and packaging technologies.
• Experience managing packaging projects in cross-functional and international environments.
• Understanding of packaging regulations and quality standards.
